ERNI is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support maintenance, enhancements, and implementation of enterprise procurement and financial systems in Manila (Mandaluyong). The role demands a 10-year Systems Analyst background, Oracle ERP expertise, and strong SDLC know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Accounting or related field.
• 10 years experience as Systems Analyst, with 2+ years with senior business users.
• 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP, procurement or financial systems.
• At least 5 years implementing data migration/integration between systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, multi-tier architecture, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency with SDLC in system development projects.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project for documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT owners, business analysts, developers, and end users to support procurement and financial systems.
• Translate high-level needs into detailed, verifiable functional specs including user stories.
• Perform data mapping and support data migration and system integration design.
• Review requirements for accuracy, traceability, feasibility, and standards.
• Prepare test data, conduct testing, and validate solutions against requirements.
• Support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing production operations.
• Review PL/SQL and Java code, extract reports, and perform data updates.
• Collaborate with teams to improve performance and ensure solutions align with business processes.
• Document functionality and share knowledge; learn new tools as required.
• Work setup: Hybrid (onsite once a week; transportation allowance).

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise procurement and financial systems. The role involves business requirements analysis, data migration and integration, system testing, and production support, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure reliable and efficient system operations.

Requirements

10 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role, including at least 2 years of working directly with senior business users.

10 years of experience with Oracle ERP, procurement systems, or financial applications.

At least 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing data migration and/or data integration between systems.

Strong knowledge of Oracle relational databases, multi-tier application architecture, and system integration techniques.

Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in system development projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, for technical documentation and project-related work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business and technical issues into manageable tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Proven ability to analyse business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable system requirements.

Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise procurement or financial system implementations, enhancements, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT system owners, business analysts, developers, and end users to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of procurement and financial systems.

Analise business and system requirements, translating high-level needs into clear, detailed, and verifiable functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories and requirements documentation.

Perform data mapping and support the design, implementation, and delivery of data migration and system integration solutions.

Review requirements and related work products to ensure accuracy, consistency, traceability, feasibility, and compliance with established standards.

Prepare test data, conduct system testing, and validate developed solutions against business and user requirements.

Support system implementation, enhancements, and ongoing production operations, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and service desk assistance.

Perform technical tasks where applicable, including reviewing or updating PL/SQL and Java code, extracting reports, and executing approved data updates while maintaining system integrity.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, improve system performance, and ensure compatibility between business processes and technical solutions.

Document system functionality, support knowledge sharing, and learn new tools and technologies as required.

Work Setup: Hybrid setup (onsite once a week or as needed, depending on business requirements, with a transportation allowance provided).
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
