Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT project leader to drive delivery across banking technology initiatives in the Philippines.

The role requires a solid track record in end-to-end IT project delivery, deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, and strong stakeholder management. You will coordinate across multiple teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure risk mitigation while aligning with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT project management, delivery management, or tech program delivery.
• Mandatory experience in banking/financial services technology projects.
• Experience delivering end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, payment platforms, or core banking apps.
• ASAP joiners or 2 weeks are a plus.
• Background in Banking is a plus but not required.
