Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.
• At least 8 years of leadership, solution design, architecture, or delivery management experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail banking applications.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integration, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
