Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Technical Coach - Trainer to lead technical capability development across customer support teams. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and enabling AI-assisted workflows to improve agent performance, reduce escalations, and enhance customer experience.

The candidate will design training programs, manage knowledge bases, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams.

Qualifications

2+ years in technical support within SaaS/ERP enterprise environments.
2+ years in a technical coaching, training, or mentoring role.
Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, automation, or AI-enabled technologies.
Proven experience coaching technical teams in performance-driven contexts.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance technical troubleshooting and customer experience.
Mentor coaches and support specialists to improve coaching effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
Guide teams in resolving complex product, configuration, and integration issues with best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, quick reference guides, and learning materials.
Promote AI-enabled tools and automation to improve troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge retrieval.
