Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp is seeking a Senior Technical Coach to lead technical enablement and performance coaching across Technical Coaches and frontline Customer Support agents handling complex SaaS products. You will bridge tech expertise, coaching excellence, and operational performance to ensure KPI targets are met and high-quality resolutions are delivered.

You will drive AI-enabled innovations, design learning paths, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Tier 2/3 support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years in technical support (SaaS, ERP, or property tech preferred).
1+ year in coaching, training, or leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead dual-layer coaching (technical + performance) for Technical Coaches and assigned agents.
Build advanced troubleshooting capabilities across teams and products.
Design targeted learning paths and enablement strategies and drive adoption.
Monitor KPI metrics (FCR, AHT, CSAT) and refine coaching approaches.
Reduce escalations and strengthen resolution quality across the support stack.
Develop AI-driven solutions and automation to enhance troubleshooting and knowledge retrieval.
