Chimera Entertainment is looking for a Senior Technical Artist - 3D & Unity to join their Cebu office. This role involves bridging the gap between art and development, creating high-quality 3D content, and maintaining efficient workflows with the Munich team.
The ideal candidate has strong Unity experience, solid Blender skills, and the ability to work in 3D modelling and texturing. This position is contractor-based for approximately 1–2 years, emphasizing collaboration and production improvement.
Chimera Entertainment is an independent game development studio based in Germany. We create high‑quality games through strong collaboration, clear ownership, and thoughtful production processes.
Our teams combine creative ambition with pragmatic execution. We value people who communicate openly, think in systems, take responsibility for their work, and help the team make better decisions.
To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Senior Technical Artist - 3D & Unity who can bridge the gap between art and development, support efficient asset workflows, and help bring high‑quality 3D content into the game.
As a Senior Technical Artist, you bridge 3D content creation and Unity implementation. You build and adapt 3D assets yourself and also own their setup in Unity, including prefabs, materials, and asset workflows for the project.
From our Cebu office, you collaborate closely with our Munich team, work side by side with another 3D Artist onsite, and help keep communication and workflows between both locations smooth.
This is not a purely technical or purely artistic role. You understand the needs of artists, know how to work hands‑on in Unity, and communicate clearly with programmers, designers, and production.
This position is offered on a contractor basis and is planned for an initial project duration of approximately 1–2 years.
We are looking for a team player who can contribute to a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and is dedicated to continuous improvement of production workflows.
We are very much looking forward to your application. Please apply with your current CV and a link to your portfolio (for example GitHub, Artstation, or your personal website), so we can get a good impression of your previous projects.
