Optum in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise programs within the SPO, guiding governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery.

The role focuses on AI adoption, workforce transformation, capability development, and partnerships, coordinating with senior leaders, learning teams, and technology partners to drive measurable outcomes and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs across geographies and stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to translate concepts into executive-ready communications and compelling narratives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with stakeholder influence capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and performance management of strategic enterprise programs.
• Establish structures, metrics, governance, cadences, and reporting for accountability.
• Manage multiple initiatives with priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive delivery across AI, workforce capability, innovation, product development, and transformation programs.
• Monitor performance with dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting, with actionable insights.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers through proactive governance.
