Job summary

ProjectTech4Dev seeks a Technical Product Manager to own features end-to-end for Glific, a WhatsApp-based NGO platform, and to advance AI-forward capabilities. You will prototype ideas with AI, work closely with engineers and designers, and drive measurable outcomes for social impact.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll pull data, prototype, and present to NGOs to validate GTM strategies and adoption. Remote work with quarterly travel for team sprints and NGO field activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in product management, including SaaS.
• Hands-on with data analysis, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience prototyping with AI and taking ideas to shipping, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define and track product KPIs using analytics and user insights.
• Shape the roadmap via customer research, data usage, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to write clear requirements and trade-offs.
• Prototype AI-powered features and validate ideas before full-scale dev.
• Drive AI product vision with practical, responsible AI capabilities.
• Design intuitive user experiences through prototyping and usability testing.
• Engage with NGOs to understand needs and deliver impactful implementations.
• Support NGOs with product consulting, onboarding, and best practices.
