Job summary

Betterteam is seeking a product-minded engineer to own features end-to-end across backend Go and frontend React/TypeScript. You will design, build, and maintain robust RESTful services with PostgreSQL, integrate AI-driven enhancements, and collaborate with product, design, and support to prioritize high-impact work.

The role is 100% remote within the Philippines time zones, with a strong emphasis on code quality, testing, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across full stack (frontend and backend) with modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and web fundamentals.
• Experience with agentic coding tools, prompts, and evals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from idea to design and implementation.
• Build backend services with Go and PostgreSQL; create RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Incorporate AI features and agentic tooling to improve product workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and support to prioritize high-impact work.
• Use analytics to validate shipped features and inform decisions.
