• 8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery and system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking/financial systems (risk, fraud, payments, core systems).
• Ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise projects.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals and delivery governance.
