Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to independently lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise-scale risk platforms for banking clients. You will own the technical delivery outcome, from solution design to production readiness, while guiding multi-stakeholder teams across complex environments.

Role requires hands-on leadership, strong governance, and the ability to engage with client CIO/Architects to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in enterprise software delivery and system integration.
• Experience delivering banking or financial systems.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementations independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from design to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead architecture design, data integration, and production readiness.
