Job summary

R1 RCM Philippines Inc. seeks a Senior Team Lead to manage day-to-day BPO healthcare team operations in the Philippines.

You will motivate, train, and guide the team to meet targets, develop timelines, and review performance quarterly while promoting a constructive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up.
• Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent people management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable analytical skillset.
