Aufgaben

• Facilitates communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Manages priorities daily and weekly.
• Escalations handling and issue reporting to stakeholders.
• Overseeing a group of 15+ employees including recruitment and interviewing.
• Coaching and performance evaluation of team members.
• Organizing and leading team meetings.
• Delegate work and monitor workload/output of Team Leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with HR on disciplinary proceedings.
• Organize team efforts to maximize results.
• Adapt to flexible work schedule requests.
