Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview candidates; delegate work to Team Leads.
• Manage workload and output; monitor performance and coaching.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations; address roadblocks with HR collaboration.
• Organize meetings and team activities to maximize results.
• Adapt schedules to accommodate flexible work arrangements.
