Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) seeks a Senior Manager Tax to lead and support all Philippines tax matters for ISS Manila and BNII, ensuring compliant tax operations, effective governance, management of tax risk and protection of available tax incentives.

The role acts as the key tax contact for Philippine entities, working closely with local finance, shared service teams, external advisers and government authorities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years total professional tax experience with 5–6 years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong Philippines tax experience, ideally in a multinational or shared service environment.
• Experience managing direct and indirect tax compliance, BIR interactions, audits and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct and indirect tax filings and submissions in the Philippines.
• Ensure tax accounting, provisioning and statutory reporting are accurate.
• Handle BIR audits, assessments and information requests with stakeholders.
• Oversee PEZA incentive reporting, registrations and audit support.
• Collaborate with local finance, shared services and external advisers on tax matters.
