Job summary

Asia Select Inc. is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to oversee the organization's tax reporting, audit coordination, and governance in the Philippines. The role partners with Finance, Operations, and external consultants to ensure accurate filings and regulatory adherence.

You will lead VAT claims, manage tax accounts, and support statutory submissions such as AFS and GIS. Onsite in Biñan, Laguna, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 4–5 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax).
• Experience coordinating tax audits and engagements with external consultants.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all tax compliance activities and filings.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors.
• Manage tax accounts, schedules, and reconciliations for audit readiness.
• Oversee local taxes including municipal obligations for head office and branches.
• Support statutory filings like AFS and GIS.
• Lead VAT claims, refund applications, and related documentation.
• Coordinate tax audits, LOA, and government assessments.
• Support tax initiatives such as e-invoicing and transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide tax guidance on contracts and business decisions.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and communicate impacts to management.
