Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager Tax to lead all PH tax matters, acting as the primary tax contact for local entities and collaborating with finance, shared services and external advisers.

You will oversee tax filings, accounting and risk, PEZA incentive compliance and cross‑functional tax support for business initiatives, reporting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Tax or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax legislation and compliance.
• Experience in direct and indirect tax compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Philippines tax matters for ISS Manila and BNII.
• Prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns (CIT, withholding, VAT, local taxes).
• Manage tax accounting, risk, and reporting in local and group statements.
• Interact with BIR, PEZA, and other authorities; support audits and disputes.
• Ensure PEZA incentive reporting and compliance; support transfer pricing.
