FabFitFun seeks a senior tax professional to oversee ASC 740 income tax provision, multi-state compliance, and tariff advisory within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will coordinate with EY, PwC, and internal teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, extensive ASC 740 experience, and strong Excel skills. Prior exposure to e-commerce tax matters and NetSuite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required; CPA preferred
• Extensive experience with ASC 740 income tax provision and multi-state compliance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tariff rules and trade taxes
• Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems such as NetSuite/Avalara
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain ASC 740 tax provisions and supporting workpapers
• Coordinate with external firms for tax compliance and audits
• Manage state and local tax nexus documentation and filings
• Oversee sales and use tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Support SEC-related tax disclosures and PBE reporting requirements
• Collaborate with FP&A and supply chain on tax impact analyses
