Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to lead global tax provisions, compliance and planning. This role supports ASC 740 with FIN48, SOX compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration across finance.

You will manage audits, develop processes, and monitor US and international tax changes, leveraging Oracle/Hyperion tools. 6+ years of tax experience in Big 4 or corporate tax, CPA or MS in Tax preferred.

Competenze

• 6+ years corporate tax experience in Big 4 or corporate tax department
• ASC 740 knowledge including FIN48
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial systems
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Smartview, Essbase, or data warehouse tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Financial and/or Technology Sector
• Proficient with Oracle Cloud and advanced spreadsheet skills
• MS in Tax or CPA

• Prepare quarterly and annual global income tax provisions, including tasks related to ASC 740-10 (FIN48)
• Review and maintain tax supporting documentation accurately and completely
• Support financial modeling for strategic and operational tax planning initiatives
• Ensure SOX compliance and support global SOX processes
• Improve tax provision processes through innovative solutions and team collaboration
• Manage tax audits, payments, and ad hoc projects efficiently
• Track and meet deadlines for tax provision and compliance projects
• Monitor US and foreign tax law changes impacting filings and financial statements
