AIA Philippines seeks a Senior Manager to own end-to-end tax compliance and reporting for the group, including life and real estate entities. You will ensure timely filings, robust controls, and strong governance with regulators and external advisors.

Lead IFRS 17 tax analysis, coordinate with Finance and Group Tax, and drive risk management while optimizing tax outcomes within Philippine regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy required.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum 10 years progressive tax experience in tax accounting, compliance and reporting in PH life insurance sector with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR audit processes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end tax compliance lifecycle for all Covered Entities, ensuring timely filings and complete schedules.
• Review and sign off on tax returns, computations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure alignment between tax reporting, statutory accounts, and financial reporting.
• Lead tax audits and regulatory engagements with BIR and LGUs.
• Coordinate with AIA Group Tax and regulators to implement BEPS-related and IFRS 17 tax positions.
