Job summary

Citadel Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to oversee tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The role requires coordination with various departments and government agencies, particularly the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in tax compliance, an accounting degree, and strong analytical skills. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Philippine tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and filing of tax returns of identified operating companies.
• Supervise and coordinate with Finance Department for compliance with outstanding Letter of Authority/Tax Verification Notice.
• Liaise with BIR for all tax matters of the operating companies.
• Monitor tax compliance (BIR / LGU) of the operating companies.
• Participate in corporate projects requiring due diligence.

Skills

Knowledge of basic taxation laws, rules and regulations

Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel

Critical thinking and analytical skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work in a team

Willing to work overtime, if necessary

Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
