Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5–10 years of relevant tax experience.
• In-depth knowledge of BIR regulations and tax compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor the company’s tax compliance and filing.
• Review tax computations and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Handle and monitor BIR LOA cases from start to closure.
• Coordinate with BIR Revenue Officers during examinations.
• Prepare LOA documents, schedules, and reconciliations for examinations.
• Prepare responses addressing BIR findings and proposed assessments.
• Analyze BIR findings and recommend actions to management.
• Assist in discussions with the BIR on assessments and LOA cases.
• Monitor deadlines and notices to ensure timely submissions.
