BMG Outsourcing, Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to support an Australian client with accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, full-time. You will prepare BAS/IAS, year-end tax returns, perform reconciliations, and manage month-end/year-end procedures, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

Competenze

• Accounting degree qualification
• 5+ years of general accounting experience
• Experience with Xero/MYOB/WorkflowMax
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
• Passport and availability for travel to Australia for training

Mansioni

Join BMG Outsourcing as a Senior Tax Accountant and support an Australian client with accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Apply your accounting expertise in preparing tax returns and compliance reports, performing reconciliations, and managing month-end and year-end accounting procedures.

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM PHT (Australian client)

Employment: Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Perform month-end and year-end financial accounting procedures, including bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS/IAS) and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns.
• Prepare year-end tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Reconcile bank accounts, code transactions, enter supplier invoices, and reconcile supplier invoices against bank payments.
• Support client accounting requirements while maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Accounting degree qualification and 5 years or more of general accounting experience.
• Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or WorkflowMax.
• Practical experience in BAS/IAS preparation, individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns, FBT returns, bank reconciliations, and supplier invoice processing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, with full-time availability.
• Current passport and availability for immediate travel to Australia for training.

Preferred / Advantage

• Australian accounting experience.
• Willingness to expand accounting knowledge and participate in continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Software

• Xero: Experience required.
• MYOB: Experience required.
• WorkflowMax: Experience with this or comparable accounting software.
• Tax return preparation: Experience with individual, company, trust, and partnership returns.
• Bank reconciliations and supplier invoice processing: Practical experience required.
