Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a Task Order Manager to lead day-to-day execution across the INDO-Pacific/CENTCOM regions.

You will drive planning, problem resolution, and leadership for program forward functions, including budget/P&L responsibility and cross-functional coordination with government counterparts. The role emphasizes managing multi-department operations, developing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the SOW and VOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/management.
• Minimum 12 years project management experience.
• Strong budget, cost control and P&L understanding.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams on LOGCAP/IDIQ contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management and execution of all functions.
• Oversee budget, cost performance, and financial reporting for the Task Order.
• Direct and develop the program team; ensure VOC alignment and client satisfaction.
• Interface with government contracting authorities and prime leadership to resolve issues.
• Develop and enforce project management procedures and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
