Job summary

V2X in the Philippines serves LOGCAP and is seeking an Operations Supervisor to perform a variety of administrative and logistics tasks under the STT Operations Manager. The role includes developing SOW/ROM documents, BOMs, BOEs, and tracking CDRL/ODC statuses while ensuring quality and process adherence.

The position requires leadership of the operations team, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining a strong safety culture with timely, contract-compliant reporting across multiple interfaces.

Qualifications

  • One-year related experience may substitute for one year of education if degree is required.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • US Citizen must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a CAC.
  • Must possess a home country driver’s license and be able to obtain a Host Country Driver’s License.
  • Minimum of 5 years' operations management experience evaluating operations and suggesting improvements.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison to the Operations Manager focusing on implementation of updated processes.
  • Coordinate resources and efforts of the Operations Team, Military Clients, end users, and Management.
  • Facilitate collection and consolidation of BOMs, BOEs, and other cost/position documents.
  • Verify USG Site Visit Requests and Updates are tracked accurately.
  • Assist Operations Manager with future operations and oversights of the operations team.
  • Leverage logic to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions and approaches.
  • Coach and mentor junior employees to ensure a safe, capable workforce and timely training completion.
  • Improve documentation quality and consistency to reduce ambiguity and errors.
  • Ensure reports meet contract and quality requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Bridge OSO departments and functional areas for LCV requirements and policies.
  • Use PM tools to monitor data points and control CPI and report efficiency.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are ordered, inspected, and available on-site.
  • Provide input to implement Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure employees comply with Environmental, Safety, and Health requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to all personnel and foster teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP

Under the supervision of the STT Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor performs a variety of administrative and logistics functions in support of the LOGCAP V Contract Task Order (TO) operations.

The American National (AN) Operations Supervisor will function as the Technical Writer for the TO and will participate in the completion of various technical documents to include Statement of Work (SOW) / Pricing Schedule development, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) requests, Technical Volume development, Bill of Material (BOM) development, Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, tracking of CDRL / LOTD / ODC statuses, Incident Reports (SIR/CCIR/AR), compiling workload data and performance briefs to PMO and USG, and other documents as required, while providing subject matter expertise to the team.

Also responsible for conducting internal checks to ensure quality of work, adherence to company administrative policies, and acts to promote a positive and compliant Safety Culture throughout the organization.

  • Primary liaison to the Operations Manager with focus of implementation and adoption of current, revised and new processes and policies throughout the different functional areas.
  • Coordinates resources and efforts of the Operations Team, Military Clients, end users, and Management to provide necessary operational support.
  • Facilitates the collection and consolidation of documents such as BOMs, BOEs, justifications for positions and job descriptions, Other Direct Costs (ODCs), certifications / training, Site Visits, Monthly reports to PMO, etc.
  • Verifies the USG Site Visit Requests and Updates are tracked accurately.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the future operations and associated responsibilities of operations; assist with the supervision and oversight to the operation team
  • Knowledgeable of how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Coaches, teaches, and mentors junior Employees to ensure a safe, capable, and ready workforce, as well as ensuring the timely completion of any Company-directed training.
  • Improve Documentation Quality and Consistency by ensuring reports, briefs and documentation are clear, accurate and standardized to reduce ambiguity and errors in execution
  • Ensure documentation and reports meet contractual and quality requirements and submitted within stated timelines
  • Acts as a bridge between the different OSO departments and functional areas for the LCV requirements and policies.
  • Utilizes various Project Management tools to monitor data points and control the efficiency of CDRL and reports.
  • Ensures all necessary materials and equipment are ordered, inspected, and are available on-site to accomplish the job.
  • Provides input to develop and implement Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to enhance operations.
  • Ensure Employees comply with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements.
  • Provides guidance, consultation, and mentoring to all assigned personnel, creates development opportunities and fosters a culture of continuous teaming throughout the organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Must possess a home country driver’s license and be able to obtain a Host Country Driver’s License.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5yrs years\' operations management experience evaluating operations and business functions and recommending improvements, modification, and changes and familiar with the resources / tools such as VARMS, VeMS, HCAMS, SharePoint, etc.
    • Experience with Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
    • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
    • Organized and efficient with attention to detail and excellent follow through.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively lead teams and influence others.
    • An experienced leader and mentor with strong delegation skills.
    • Adept at communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain positive relationships.
    • An understanding of GCSS-Army and an applicable material requisition process.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for all assigned operations personnel
  • Working Conditions:
    • Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity
    • Adjustable to changing weather and environmental conditions
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
    • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
    • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
    • Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
