Job summary

Neara is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Tech to own end-to-end recruiting across business and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, map talent, and design sourcing strategies to deliver top candidates within defined timelines.

You’ll manage multiple roles, screen candidates, lead offer discussions, and use data to improve hiring outcomes in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring across non-technical/business functions.
• Independently manage hiring mandates from intake to closure.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Influence hiring managers and manage candidate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations and plans.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and drive offer discussions.
• Track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion.
• Contribute to improving recruiting processes and employer branding.
