Advanced Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition - Lead Recruiter to execute end-to-end recruitment across the organization, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing and timely staffing. Reporting to the Sr.

TA Manager, you will build strong candidate pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in manufacturing or shared services.
• Strong interviewing and sourcing using major job platforms and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and coordination with candidates and managers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (entry to mid-level).
• Post job ads, manage applications, and maintain ATS data.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, prepare shortlist.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
• Support employer branding events and recruitment marketing content.
• Ensure recruitment compliance and data privacy.
