Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is looking for a Senior System and Network Administrator to ensure reliable IT support, security, and high availability across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will lead complex incidents, guide junior staff, and coordinate with vendors to implement infrastructure improvements.

You will manage Windows Server, Microsoft 365, network devices, cloud services, and security controls, while driving project-based initiatives and change management within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of progressive IT support, systems and network administration experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects, coordinating vendors, and supporting users across multiple sites.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for end‑users, devices, and networks.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network services.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, and cloud services.
• Lead IT projects from requirements through deployment and handover.
