New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in the Philippines to design, implement, support, and optimize technology solutions across client environments.

You will act as a technical expert, escalation point, and contributor to project delivery, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will provide remote support, install and repair hardware, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, develop designs, monitor systems, and mentor junior staff.

Competenze

• 7+ years in systems engineering with complex solution delivery.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Experience with network, OS, and security concepts.

Mansioni

• Provide remote support and maintain client systems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and repair hardware/equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and system issues.
• Gather requirements and recommend suitable technologies.
• Develop technical designs and documentation.
• Monitor systems, logs, and manage incidents.
• Work with vendors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support projects, solution design, and infrastructure planning.
