Qualifications

• 7 years in IT services, preferably with a Managed Services Provider.
• 4 years of L2 support for Windows Servers, AD, M365, and DNS.
• Technical certification in Azure and Microsoft 365 is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support managed services across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in cloud migration projects and technical troubleshooting.
• Act as escalation point for service desk incidents and improve processes.
