Job summary

Sven Ingenuity, Inc is seeking a Senior IT Specialist in Quezon City, Philippines. The role acts as a Functional lead for Enterprise IT Operations, providing technical backbone to IT infrastructure and driving improvements.

You will mentor IT Specialists and manage end-to-end IT operations with focus on security, compliance, and reliability. Responsibilities include Intune/MDM management, M365/Azure AD administration, network maintenance, backup and DR planning, and proactive system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Microsoft 365 Administration and Entra ID (Active Directory) experience is required.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Willing to work on-call or outside standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint devices via Intune, enforcing compliance and security policies.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, user provisioning and access control.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Implement and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
• Conduct proactive system monitoring and optimization.
• Document IT infrastructure, policies, and configurations.
• Handle Tier 3 escalations and guide IT Specialists to resolution.
• Participate in IT audits, security assessments, and capacity planning.

Job Description

The Senior IT Specialist serves as a Functional lead to handle operational leadership in Enterprise IT Operations. He will be the technical backbone of the IT infrastructure. This position provides advanced troubleshooting, manages systems administration (Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, Asset Management Portal and other SaaS tools), and oversees network performance and security including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender. It ensures end-to-end reliability of IT operations while mentoring IT Specialists and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• M icrosoft Certification, ITIL (IT Service Management), ITSM (IT Infrastructure Library) or COMPTIA Certification is a plus but not required
• Relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Administration specifically Entra ID (Active Directory), Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and Microsoft Defender (EndPoint Security)
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Process ownership and accountability.
• Willing to work on-call or outside working hours to resolve emergency situations and issues.
