Job summary

iGaming Centre is seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage and optimize infrastructure, automate with in-house scripts, and ensure high availability. You will install and monitor OS and network structures, debug issues, and implement robust backup environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on server management, performance tuning, security updates, and on-call rotations to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience on Linux based operating systems.
• Recent experience with web-based technologies (Java) is a MUST.
• Good experience in VMware vSphere installation, management, tuning and performance monitoring.
• Experienced in NGINX configuration, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience in system and network design, shell or Python scripting, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge in network and OS monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with IPSEC tunnel setups on Linux.
• Java-based runtime parameter tuning and monitoring experience.
• Experience with Nagios/Zabbix/PRTG style monitoring tools.
• Experience in building backup methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; flexible hours.
