Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related, preferably SCM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, or 3 years with master's, or PhD with no work exp.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management, material planning, forecasting, replenishment and S&OP.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to support planning, inventory, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing, manufacturing, customer service to ensure material availability.
• Manage supplier performance including on-time delivery, lead times, MOQ, corrective actions.
• Execute replenishment activities, monitor inventory health, optimize DOH.
• Develop, automate, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Lead root cause analysis and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Support S&OP through forecasting, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and inventory performance.
• Recommend and implement strategic actions to improve replenishment and business results.
