Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related fields.
• 3 years of data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Planning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from internal and external sources, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain inputs for report generation.
• Conceptualizes and develop business reporting tools for Supply Chain and S&OP strategies (complex formulas, macros).
• Conduct regular reviews of item forecasts, safety stock levels, ABC and SLD code classifications, and stocking indicators to ensure accuracy.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, providing actionable recommendations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to obtain critical commercial data (e.g., MOQ, ADU, Inventory Code Classifications).
• Maintain and monitor business systems and applications by validating data accuracy, tracking changes, and ensuring data integrity.
