Emerson Electric Co. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to drive strategic impact by leading analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement across global supply chain operations.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, deliver innovative reporting solutions, and collaborate with global partners to improve performance, cost, risk, and decision-making. Leadership and coaching are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related functions.
Advanced understanding of Supply Chain concepts, processes, and procurement operations.
Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Analyze complex data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Design and develop reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and BI tools.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation to boost productivity and outcomes.
Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and communications.
Maintain and improve systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Provide expert support for analytics and system issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop training materials, conduct knowledge-sharing, and coach team members.
