Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and BI platforms.
• Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data storytelling and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Design and develop reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools.
• Manage continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, UAT, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and improve business systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Provide expert support in troubleshooting analytics and system issues and corrective actions.
• Develop training materials and coach team members on analytics tools and processes.
• Foster collaboration across global supply chain organizations to drive sustainable improvements.
