Aviat Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to stabilize and optimize supply planning across a dynamic telecom supply chain. You will lead inventory, allocation, and fulfillment strategies while coordinating with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to balance service levels and O2C efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data governance, and the development of scalable planning capabilities to mitigate risk during periods of change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• 8+ years supply planning, inventory, or master scheduling leadership in manufacturing/electronics environments.
• ERP/MRP optimization, supply analytics, inventory strategy, KPI management.
• Executive-level communication, cross-functional influence, operational leadership.
• Supply continuity, fulfillment execution, inventory/service-level optimization.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize supply execution across constraints and demand shifts.
• Lead prioritization and escalation management.
• Define inventory, allocation, safety stock, and replenishment strategies.
• Optimize service, DSI, OTIF, and inventory tradeoffs.
• Align Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales Operations.
• Lead supply response during shortages and transitions.
• Scale supply planning models, KPI frameworks, and ERP/MRP optimization.
• Drive operational risk visibility and analytics.
• Strengthen planning data governance and exception management.
• Lead automation and AI-ready planning capabilities.
• Improve fulfillment responsiveness, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
• Reduce aging inventory and O2C (order-to-cash) cost.
• Lead planning scalability and workflow simplification.
• Define future-state supply planning capabilities.
