Job summary

Avante Digital Solutions is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner who will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across all distribution channels for the brands under the agency's management, protecting the customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities. You will own the planning process end-to-end, from demand forecasting through inventory planning and sourcing.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, or a closely related field.
• Solid grasp of statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic and critical thinker who can turn data into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build demand forecasts across every sales channel.
• Analyze historical sales trends, identify the underlying drivers of demand, and construct statistical forecasting models, refining them against actual sales, inventory, and market data.
• Keep forecasts accurate by working closely with cross-functional teams to capture the latest sales and marketing information, particularly around promotions, campaigns, and supplier stock disruptions that can swing demand.
• Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement planning needed to keep inventory aligned with shifting product demand.
• Track and adjust inventory levels across all warehouses to keep stock quantity and mix optimized and protect working capital.
• Partner with our brands’ supply chain teams to coordinate timely replenishment, adapting to each brand's unique ordering process and requirements.
• Present monthly forecast and inventory reviews to leadership - reporting on accuracy and proposing process improvements.
• Help leadership identify and mitigate supply chain risks before they impact the business.
