Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to manage inventory and replenishment planning across multiple warehouses in Pasay. You will support order fulfillment, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

You will analyze stock levels, forecast demand, and develop replenishment plans to optimize supply. Strong Excel and ERP skills, excellent communication, and collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply planning or logistics.
• Experience with multi-warehouse inventory is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and stock across multiple warehouses.
• Develop replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and lead times.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and Production.
• Support order fulfillment by resolving inventory issues.
• Analyze inventory performance and propose improvements.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory turns, service level, stockouts, and days of inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and supply planning reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and planning parameters in the system.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and support continuous improvements.

The Supply Planner will manage inventory and replenishment planning across multiple warehouses. The role is responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting order fulfillment, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability across multiple warehouses.
• Develop replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and safety stock requirements.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses to prevent stock shortages and reduce excess stock.
• Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Support order fulfillment by resolving inventory and supply issues.
• Analyze inventory performance and recommend improvements to optimize stock levels.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, service level, stockouts, and days of inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and supply planning reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and planning parameters in the system.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, demand planning, or logistics.
• Experience handling inventory across multiple warehouses is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• To be assigned in Pasay office.
