Dexcom, a global leader in CGM, seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the GSCPAA within Dexcom Global Business Services. Based in the Philippines, you will strengthen governance, standardize processes, and enhance digital capabilities across regions to support supply chain priorities.

You will partner with IT, analytics, and business functions to drive KPIs, lead cross‑functional discovery, and translate needs into actionable requirements for ERP and planning platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8–12 years related experience.
• Master’s degree with 5–7 years equivalent industry experience.
• PhD with 2–4 years experience (less common)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery for cross-functional problems, aligning stakeholders on the true problem, scope, success criteria, and decision points.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options (process, data, systems).
• Map current and future state processes and identify root causes, control gaps, and opportunities to simplify and scale.
• Define KPIs and operating measures, build review rhythm, and assign owners/actions.
• Facilitate global working sessions with supply chain, finance, quality, operations, and IT to drive decisions.
• Partner with IT, analytics, and vendors through design, build, testing, and deployment including UAT and cutover readiness.

GSCPAA partners across Operations, Finance, Quality, IT, and site teams to enable end-to-end supply chain excellence.This Senior Business Analyst will accelerate global scale and consistency by strengthening supply chain governance, standard ways of working, and the digital capabilities that support connected planning and inventory decisions across regions.
