Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, process excellence, or similar roles.
• Influence without authority; align stakeholders to goals and timelines.
• Experience with ERP and planning platforms (Oracle preferred; Anaplan a plus).
• Strong data-driven approach: Excel, SQL, BI tools; connect improvements to service, cost and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery for cross-functional problems and align stakeholders on scope and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options.
• Map current and future state processes to identify root causes and opportunities to scale.
• Define KPIs and operating measures; establish review cadence and owners.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and vendors through design, build, testing, and deployment.
