Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to drive strategic impact by leading analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement across global supply chain operations.

You will transform complex data into insights, collaborate with global partners, design BI solutions, mentor team members, and help advance digital transformation and data storytelling across procurement, planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced understanding of supply chain concepts and procurement operations.
• Experience in data mining, data manipulation, analytics, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualization, and working with enterprise systems.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with supply chain commodity management and strategic procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions that improve decision-making.
• Design and develop innovative reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools.
• Manage and execute continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance team productivity and business outcomes.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and improve business systems and applications to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide expert support in troubleshooting analytics and system-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach team members on analytics tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
• Drive collaboration across global supply chain organizations and influence stakeholders to adopt sustainable process improvements.

If you are a Senior Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics professional looking for an opportunity to drive strategic impact, this role offers the chance to lead analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support global supply chain operations. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, deliver innovative reporting solutions, and partner with stakeholders to improve supply chain performance, cost management, risk mitigation, and business decision-making. You will work closely with global business partners, supply chain leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions, enhance system capabilities, and mentor team members while driving operational excellence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or other Engineering or Management-related disciplines.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related business functions.

• Advanced understanding of Supply Chain functions, concepts, processes, and procurement operations.

• Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualization solutions, and working with enterprise procurement, planning, or supply chain systems.

• Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.

• Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced analytics techniques.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with supply chain commodity management and strategic procurement processes.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
