If you are a Senior Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics professional looking for an opportunity to drive strategic impact, this role offers the chance to lead analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support global supply chain operations. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, deliver innovative reporting solutions, and partner with stakeholders to improve supply chain performance, cost management, risk mitigation, and business decision-making. You will work closely with global business partners, supply chain leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions, enhance system capabilities, and mentor team members while driving operational excellence.
Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.
Analyze complex supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions that improve decision-making.
Design and develop innovative reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools.
Manage and execute continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance team productivity and business outcomes.
Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communications.
Maintain and improve business systems and applications to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
Provide expert support in troubleshooting analytics and system-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach team members on analytics tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
Drive collaboration across global supply chain organizations and influence stakeholders to adopt sustainable process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or other Engineering or Management-related disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related business functions.
Advanced understanding of Supply Chain functions, concepts, processes, and procurement operations.
Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualization solutions, and working with enterprise procurement, planning, or supply chain systems.
Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.
Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced analytics techniques.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with supply chain commodity management and strategic procurement processes.
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members is a plus.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across global organizations.
