Job summary

Fujitsu Philippines Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enablement Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and data governance, ensuring compliant integration into procurement systems.

You will collaborate with procurement, finance, compliance, and legal teams to validate supplier information and support risk mitigation. The role requires 4–5 years in supplier enablement within a BPO context, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Specialist in a BPO environment, focusing on supplier enablement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient with eSourcing tools, VRM, 3PDD, SAP, Ariba, and ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supplier enablement and onboarding processes.
• Validate supplier documentation, data, and banking/tax details before activation.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data across ERP and procurement systems.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders; guide onboarding inquiries.
• Process procurement requests and resolve issues within SLAs/KPIs.
• Standardize onboarding procedures to improve efficiency and communication.
• Support risk mitigation and audit readiness through data quality controls.
• Provide reports and analyses to improve spend visibility and decision-making.
