Job summary

Fujitsu Philippines Inc. is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to oversee end-to-end Order Fulfillment operations from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.

You will manage a team of Fulfillment Specialists and drive process improvements and system enhancements to ensure timely, accurate processing and strong stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires hands-on experience with OneERP+ and SAP S/4HANA, excellent communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with procurement,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years work experience as Team Lead in BPO or Shared Services under Procurement/Order Fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Order Fulfillment across the order lifecycle.
• Lead daily end-to-end fulfillment activities from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and closure.
• Timely processing of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, returns and cancellations.
• Monitor order pipeline and address potential fulfillment delays and back-orders.
• Oversee inventory, logistics, supplier coordination, and customer order management.
• Coordinate with requestors, customers and vendors to fulfill transactions.
• Prepare and submit required reports and deliverables.
• Lead process standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Support OneERP+, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba implementations and compliance.
• Provide data analysis, forecasting, planning, deployment, and resource strategies.
• Monitor KPI/SLAs and train team members on processes.
• Ensure updated process documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
