onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Operations specialist focused on Supplier Pre-qual and onboarding. You will support onboarding for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Coupa pre-qual events, work with Sourcing teams and suppliers, and help manage supplier master data in our systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or business, 4+ years in supply chain, and strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business.
• With at least 4 years work experience of Supply Chain background.
• Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes – preferably with Oracle Cloud Procurement experience, Coupa system knowhow is a plus.
• Above average English communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills, expert excel skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Willing to work on shifting schedule - Night shift, Mid-shift

Mansioni

• Possess a good understanding of the Procurement process, and how to use data for decision making.
• Level 1 support to global end users for Oracle Cloud Procurement onboarding and Coupa Pre-qual events.
• Ability to act as liaison among Sourcing teams and Suppliers who will be invited to participate to a sourcing event.
• Manage sourcing events, gather supplier requirements in accordance with the defined intake and specifications, and coordinate decisions with Sourcing Managers.
• Onboard supplier into onsemi systems/vendor master.
• System expertise in resolving onboarding issues, ability to troubleshoot system logic/functionality and its potential impact to downstream process - PR, PO, Invoice and Payments.
• Ensure system accuracy, including parameter set-up compliance
