Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a Structured Finance Transactions professional to join the securitization team. The role focuses on performing agreed-upon procedures for securitization deals, validating model accuracy, and building cashflow analytics for CLOs/CDOs.

You will interpret prospectus/indenture information, analyze complex models in tools like Bloomberg and ratings portals, and maintain relationships with client personnel while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Post-graduation in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline and approximately 2 years of related work experience.
• Excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting client deadlines.
• Proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work shift-based on the role hired for.

Responsibilities

• Perform agreed-upon procedures to help clients execute securitization transactions successfully.
• Check accuracy of financial models by comparing calculations to governing documents.
• Create cashflow/analytics models for securitized products including CLOs/CDOs.
• Model transactions and analyze cash flows, collateral quality, and waterfalls in indentures.
• Construct independent cash flow and collateral models using Microsoft Excel.
