Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to support securitization transactions.
• Check cashflow calculations against governing documents.
• Create cashflow/analytics models for securitized products (CDOs/CLOs).
• Model transaction cash flows and analyze collateral quality and waterfalls.
• Build independent cash flow and collateral models using Excel.
