Job summary

EY is seeking a staff-level professional in the Philippines for Structured Finance – Transactions – CLO within Risk Consulting. You will support the securitization practice, build cashflow and collateral models, and contribute to transaction analytics for CLOs and other structured products.

Ideal candidates have a post-graduate degree in accounting/finance/economics and a solid MS Office skillset. The role requires flexibility for shifts and a client-facing mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-graduation in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Excellent prioritization skills and commitment to deadlines.
• Strong communication for report writing and client interactions.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work longer hours to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in shift based on role hired for.

Responsibilities

• Checking the accuracy of financial models by comparing calculations to governing documents.
• Creating cashflow/analytics models for securitized products including CLOs.
• Transaction modeling and analytics including cash flow modeling and waterfall rules.
• Construct independent cash flow and collateral models using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and update detailed procedure reports summarizing results.
• Interpret prospectus/indenture information and deal features.
• Analyze complex models (Bloomberg, Markit, etc.) for valuation of structured products.
• Establish relationships with client personnel and deliver quality services.
• Stay current on developments in advisory services and industry knowledge.
