Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• At least four years of professional experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or Treasury.
• Experience in structuring and executing project financing transactions, including refinancing and debt financing.
• Experience in financial modelling and assessing project viability, debt capacity, loan covenants.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation with banks, lenders, and internal teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support project financing and refinancing activities, including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation, and lender coordination.
• Manage debt service obligations, loan covenants, and compliance with lender requirements throughout the financing lifecycle.
• Assess financial ratios, including DSCR, debt-to-equity, and interest coverage, to determine their impact on loan compliance.
• Monitor actual versus forecasted cash flows, drawdown eligibility, cash availability, and financing-related disbursement requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, Treasury, project teams, and other internal and external stakeholders on financing activities.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least four years of professional experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or Treasury.
• Has experience in structuring and executing project financing transactions, including refinancing, capital raising, or other debt financing activities.
