Job summary

Prima Solution Development and Construction Crop is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Quezon City to lead structural analysis, design, and review across reinforced concrete and steel projects. You will guide junior engineers and coordinate with architects and other disciplines.

Based in Metro Manila, this full-time role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership, site visits when required, and hands-on involvement in code-compliant, constructible designs with a strong emphasis on quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required and licensed professional engineer preferred.
2-4 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
Experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
Proficient in STAAD.Pro and ETABS; AutoCAD proficiency.
Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, and other structural systems.
Prepare and review structural calculations, analysis models, technical reports, and design drawings.
Conduct structural investigation, assessment, and retrofit/strengthening design when required.
Review calculations, drawings, and engineering outputs prepared by Junior Structural Engineers and CAD personnel.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate with architects, CAD personnel, QS Engineers, Project Engineers, surveyors, and construction teams.
Provide technical solutions for design and construction-related structural concerns.
Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and technical meetings when required.
Guide and mentor Junior Structural Engineers in analysis, design, documentation, and engineering practices.
